Thank you! This piece is actually a scan that I uploaded and then tweaked using an online editing program called “BeFunky”. I am not really great with photoshop, so I typically use this program to add effects to my collages.
The program is free- the website is: http://www.befunky.com/
And the effect that I use is called “Holga”. You just upload an image and click the Holga filter. I usually adjust the settings of the filter as well.
